I think it's better to have a few really good friends. Alought life can bring a lot of suprises and they can let you down. But I think it's better to care for quality not quantity.

Having one sincere and faithful friend is the best thing that can meet us.

In my opinion to have one but honest and faithful is enough, all those pals are good for spending free time such as going out, concerts pubs etc. But, when you've got a problem or problems then you'll see which of them would come to you with helpful hand. Cheerio S : )
