Oh I'm so angry with my father!!! Last year he stopped smoke. I was so proud and happy because I hate smell of cigarrets. And what I see?...Yesterday he came back from job and about 15 minutes after he went out. And then I saw him with cigarette in hand. I was so angry so I went without a word and locked in my room. I didn't leave my room untill this morning.I'm so disappointed.

Try to understand him. With smoking is not easy. I also had a break for 9 months! And then it came back. Now I left smoking again.
On the other side u should think, maybe there r some reasons that he started smoking again.
At least u can talk with him and explain that it hurt u. Your dad should understand that u care of him. Don't behave like a child.

Addiction is not that simple and it's not so easy to break the habit. I agree with Kasiulka, a calm talk shoud give good effects.

I know what You feel. My mom few times try stopped smoke. After three times she stopped. Now she doesn't smoke about 6 month.
