Norway

Do you have any friends or people who left this country and are living abroad ? Especially Norway.

What do you think about this country ? I started thinking lately about working there when I finish my education and so. The wages there are incredibly high if compare them to our country. Well life there is expensive as well but it's nothing compared to salaries. The life ( food, living place, bills and taxes ) is there about 35-45% of your earnings. So you can easily put on the bank account half of your salary living a decent life. The first thing to know is an english language I guess. Later norwegian comes which is quite hard as I heard. But for someone who wants to obtain it it shouldn't be a problem. Another thing is the weather. In the southern part it ain't that bad. I heard days during winter are about 6~ hours long so that's not much less than here. Just checked day length on the internet. On 22 nd November the day lasts from 8:32 till 15:34. So there is almost no difference. The thing gets worse if take in consideration the area placed to the north. I'm not sure but there're some area where the day lasts even 24 hours the same thing goes about nights in some period of times during year.

During summer I met 2 norwegian guys. Damn... they were completely different than people here in Poland. They were smiling all the time, sometimes even happy like kids unlike polish people. The reality in Poland is different. It's hard to earn living here. What if the man wants to have a kid ? If only one person works and 2 nd has to take car of children the family is in a quite bad situation. We've got just really harsh life here. Even after university you won't easily find a decent job unless you know right people that can fix it for you.

Well during last few years 2-3 millions of poles just left this country. The worst thing is they were mostly young so just imagine how many less people works for their ( in fact older people's ) retirements. The state takes almost 40% of our salaries for retirements, health care etc. and people ask where are theirs money ? In fact it turns out it's a sick country and that's true it really is.

Therefore if I get a chance of living this country to work in Norway for instance I doubt I'll stay.

Okay whatever. Got go to

See ya
Another cold day

As I have to go to school within 20 minutes I won't write much this time. I'll write some about my day today. So I'll be sitting at schol for over 7 hours till 3 p.m. I wish I didn't go to a school called " liceum " instead of " technikum ". Whats the difference between them ? For example last school year in " liceum " you sit in school 4-5 lessons each day. In " technikum " we have a lot of useless theory. That's a lot of writing in notebooks. But the thing is.... we have no idea what we're writing about haha. Really funny. But right that's lovely theory.

I'm starting first lesson really soon. And it's maths. Nextly gotta 4 lessons with our " class master ". And that hurts ! It's always like that: we go there, sit and doing nothing. We're writing something to our notebooks for 1-1,5 hour. So we could do everything within 2 lessons instead of 4. But right we have to sit there twice longer then it's needed. It's just upsetting. The last 2 lessons is physical education which are the only lessons that I'm happy of today.

Okay gotta go See ya.
The winter is commin'

Yeah for me that's one of those bad news. After the clocks were turned back by one hour a couple of weeks ago the day is so short. I wake up it's still dark.... after over 7 hours at school It's getting dark again right after I come back home. I hate that ! It's getting damn cold as well. The weather is so windy and sad. Because of these reasons above I hate that period of time which is awfully bad. It has its influnce on others people's state of mind too. Well whatever unless you have something to do it's not a big deal.

I had maths test some days ago. Before I thought it would be a bit harder but it wasn't. First 25 questions were kinda easily doable if you reminded some basic maths materials before. I've done correctly 20 of them. Well when I checked the answers and ways of doing those tasks I got just suprised. Tasks after 25 were harder. Few of them were really quite hard as for a basic maths test. On the other side few of them were really easy. My score is going to be about 44-50% although I'm not sure what exactly the score will be.

Some people might say it was hard... Right it was hard if you didn't study just a little of maths all these 3 years before. As I have extra maths lessons once a week it wasn't hard for me. My classmates had a lot of problems with that test. Anticipacing the score I can guess like 3-5 members of my class is gonna pass it. Well I'm gonna keep preparing for May and hoping to end the test up with about 70-80% then.

Today is... Right ! Day off from school which is called " Indepedence day ". Well at last it will be possible to get some rest and sleep off all those days when I had to wake up at 7 o'clock to school what I hate a lot.
One more thing. I participated in an english contest a couple of weeks ago. Damn it was hell hard cause the oldest students in school ( last class ) had the highest diffuculty level. There were 5 levels. First was " after 1 and 2 years of studying english " Second after 3 and 4 and 5 th the last one " after 9 and 10 years ". I still didn't get the results but hopefully I'll have like 70-75% of tasks done correctly.

Okay that's all I wanted to say Bye. : )
