The first stage of my evacuation plan has just finished. Now I have to wait for luck and some money :)
Last time I have spent thinking of project, desing and materials necessary to build my new house.
Hey, Luck, where are? I can't wait for the next stage of my plan ;)
I think we need the goals in our lifes what makes us more happy, satysfied and .. younger :D.
That's not only good site of current situation. Beside happiness is the mortgage too.
Everybody who have it know how big load I took on my mind.
The facts remains that I have to pay it off as fast as possible.

I have just finished writing the post master thesis regarding the integration of change and project management processes in the organization. Now I am waiting for any notes and comments. Next week I am going to print it, bind and send to the school. The defence of the thesis is planned for the last Saturday of the June. There is the risk that I will be a bit tired because I will be just get back from my holiday :o I hope I will be able to say something eloquent ;)
At work I am just on the stage of persuading into my ideas (a very small step ahead). If my concept doesn’t be confirmed fully, all this undertaking will be without any sense. One thing stays still in the way – lots of paper-work (paper, paper, mountain of paper). I notice that people like it VERY much and can’t image the world, life and job without paper. How to overcome it? Any ideas? It’s like a spiral now: they haven’t time to thing about changes because of paper-work and without any changes they won’t have any chance to save the time. And so on…
Something about the second year of my Child

I want to resume my Baby’s diary. She has already had her second birthday and I want to sum up the second year of Her life. She can talk with us about everything (a wide range of vocabulary), sings some of famous baby’s songs (mostly lullabies). She doesn’t need the nappy any more.
One thing doesn’t change: She’s still very active, likes running, jumping, hates sitting. She seats only for the TV while it is the fairy-tale on but not all fairy-tales are interesting ;) I am trying to take advantage of this “never-ending power” ;) and do most of home activities together. I am very proud of my Child, my little busy bee :)

I have the feeling that a life gets still harder. All product's prices are going up and our salaries still remain at the same level. I have so many needs! I need to buy food, clothes, articles of daily use, insurances, taxes, bills for energy, gas, water, petrol and so on, and so on... Suddenly It turns out that there is a lack of money for pleasure, for a gift, for a house decoration. It's so hopeless!
On the other hand, I know that a lot of people in our country have to live in poverty and this thing lets me appreciate what I've got.

Our New Year 2008 has started very calm in family circle. Babies slept well even though there were exploding fireworks all the time. That's strange why people enjoy fireworks as early as in the morning instead of waiting quietly till midnight.

I consider changing the job. I've got intresting job offer to be a project manager. The conditions are little more perspective than at my current job particulary in the scope of responsibility. The head of the board is waiting for my response and I have to postpone making the decision due to unknown content of my new engagement. I'm tempted to take the risk. My parents have been telling me when I was a child that all changes in the life are needed to develope and none of changes isn't needless. Maybe they were right? Maybe it's the high time to check it?

Hello!
Things have changed a lot since I wrote my last message :)
Firstly, I've started to study again. It's needed to extende my knowledge in the field of IT Systems Management. It will enrich the CV also ;) That are the positives. The negative is a lack of mom at home every two weekends. I am conscience-stricken to leave the family so often. Fortunately, it will be last to the end of June.
I'm still learning English twice a week. I'm going to pass BEC Exam in June.
Finally, I am changing the position in the restaffing and global reorganization of the company at the beginning of the year what's mean I will deal with project management office full-time. I will have to solve some problems bevor and focus more on the conception. It's not easy at pre-Christmas rush time when I think only about presents, food preparing and meetings with family members :)Futhermore It's look like Christmas won't be White this year :/
At the very end I want to announce that I've just started my skiing-season. It's a pity that not in our country.
