The Plague.

I know it`s late. But I reminded my the best book.I mean 'The Plague' which was written by Albert Camus.I want to share with you some quotes.Read it,you won`t regret,I am sure.
"Once plague had shut the gates of the town, they had settled down to a life of separation, debarred from the living warmth that gives forgetfulness of all."
"Rats died in the street; men in their homes. And newspapers are concerned only with the street."
"You can't understand. You're using the language of reason, not of the heart; you live in a world of abstractions."
"Many continued hoping that the epidemic would soon die out and they and their families be spared. Thus they felt under no obligation to make any change in their habits, as yet. Plague was an unwelcome visitant, bound to take its leave one day as unexpectedly as it had come."

*** I have to say that polish version is better :)

"In people more things deserve on admiration than on disdain"- it's also words by Albert Camus in Plague and I like it very much and I want to believe it's truth. I especially like dr Rieux and his big commitment in helping people and Rambert, man who could expend your own personal happines (meeting with loved woman) for staing and helping in Oran, I like his piecemeal change, he was very egoistic thinking that plauge don't touch him and then he realised that luck of individual isn't the most important, it's real characker :)
