The man who said your happiness is in pleasure. He focused mainly on it because he was a smart guy ;) he knew something which many people forget about nowadays - the biggest importance has not being succesful at work, not having a fortune, career, many children or a great family. These are only items which provide us this most valuable feeling - being pleased of what you have. You don't have to reach the highest peak of Mont Everest. You don't have to get a salary of $8000 per month. You don't have to be number one in your class or company where you work. It is far enough to feel happy thanks to what you have and being optimistic. And furthermore, if you understand that happyness is inside you, not in the world, somewhere outside, you're more self-comfortable and it's easier to you to gain and get what you want. It's a fact.
